Job Description:We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Mercy Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a passion for providing high-quality patient care. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress and update medical records accordingly
• Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current unrestricted RN license in the state of Missouri
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
