Job Description:We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Pharmacist to join our team at HealthFirst Pharmacy. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care. Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Provide medication counseling to patients on proper medication use, dosage, side effects, and interactions
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient therapy and ensure safe and effective medication management
• Monitor patient medication profiles for potential drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications
• Perform medication therapy management services, including medication reviews and adherence assessments
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of pharmacy services provided

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy program
• Current pharmacist license in the state of Florida
• Previous experience working as a pharmacist in a retail or clinical setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and medication therapy management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and empower patients
• Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing and documentation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
